Docvivo is an online reservation system that offers its users a platform where they can share their experiences about overseas treatment packages (clinics, hotels, tours, etc.), their contents and all medical travel services.
1.Service Scope
1.1. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time and apply to all of our services provided directly or indirectly (ie through third parties) via the internet, mobile devices, email or telephone.
1.2. By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, in addition to the privacy policy, as well as the cookies policy.
2. Services and Contract
2.1. On the Docvivo website, it is possible to view the contracted overseas treatment packages and make online reservations through the Letmedi system.
2.2. These reservations and their contents do not affect other agreements between partner clinics, institutions and users.
3. Docvivo Community and Members Area
3.1. Users have the option to join the Docvivo Community (hereinafter referred to as the “Community”) and/or create a membership account in the Docvivo Member Area. Registered users can actively participate in the development of the platform both by publishing their own content in the Community and by administrative functions. Unregistered users can read Docvivo content for free.
3.2. Users have the option to manage and save reservations through the Docvivo Member Area. To create an account, users are asked for personal information. Except for the username, none of the personal information is visible. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy. If the account is deleted, all user data will be permanently deleted.
3.3. A user cannot register multiple times. The user is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of his personal information.
3.4. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his user account information, especially his password. They are also responsible for the use of their own accounts regarding Letsmed and third parties. The user must not disclose this data to the use of third parties.
3.5. In case of unauthorized use of Docvivo services by using the wrong username and password, the registered user is obliged to notify Docvivo immediately.
4. Privacy Policy & Email ads
4.1. Protection of personal data provided by the user is a priority for Docvivo . Docvivo makes every effort to comply with data protection. If you have any questions or need information, please read the Privacy Policy.
4.2. Docvivo collects, processes and uses your personal data only if your consent is obtained or if the collection, processing or use of data is permitted by a legal provision.
4.3. Docvivo will produce, process and use the data necessary for the use and operation of the website / applications and for the services provided, only for the provision of services performed by Docvivo.

5. User Obligations
5.1. The user is responsible for the acquisition of the rights uploaded to Docvivo content (text, photos, comments, links, etc.). The user undertakes that all rights of the content published on Docvivo belong to him and that the rights of any third party will not be harmed by this content.
5.2. Users agree not to use Docvivo for the following purposes:
- No specific content for a revised item
unobjective and deliberately false,
indecent, pornographic or otherwise offensive, - Violating the rights of third parties, especially copyright,
- Violates applicable laws or constitutes an offense in any way,
- Virus; software that damages hardware; or contain other computer programs that may affect computer use,
- Questionnaire or chain of letters,
- To collect or store personal data about other users, especially for commercial purposes.
5.3. The user assures that Docvivo will not use programs or functions to generate content or automatic page views.
6. right of termination
6.1. Docvivo may terminate members’ access to the page by giving one week’s notice and delete their registration. Members can also terminate their memberships, provided that they give one week’s notice. The right to terminate without delay due to an important reason is reserved for both parties.
7. Responsibility
7.1. Docvivo is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, safety and credibility of the content published on Docvivo by users or contracted clinic, institution sites. There is no recommendation from Docvivo, especially during the selection of clinics, doctors and similar institution facilities.
7.2. Docvivo is not covered by contractual arrangements, agreements and indictments; These are valid between the Docvivo user and the relevant contractual agreements between the institution.
7.3. Docvivo does not threaten the accuracy and completeness of the content provided by Community members or contracted institution sites. This content is provided by the clinic and institution sites or the Community for publication on the website with the reference of the relevant institution. Docvivo has no influence on this information (especially pictures, videos, comments and opinions). User-generated content and report publication do not affect Docvivo’s opinion. In particular, Docvivo does not claim that this content is its own content.
7.4. Hyperlinks, advertising spaces, clinic, institution locations, and other information about service providers do not constitute a recommendation by Docvivo to third parties. Due to technical reasons, reservation price updates listed on contracted institution sites are not real-time. Therefore, sometimes the prices on the contracted institution sites may not be the same as the prices on Docvivo. Docvivo does not guarantee the accuracy of the information, especially in terms of price and suitability.
7.5. Docvivo is not responsible for technical failures, as it is not within its scope of responsibility or for damages caused by force majeure. Letmsedi does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of data and may perform technical maintenance for a freely chosen period.
8. Changing the Terms of Service
During the use of Docvivo, the current “Terms of Service” apply. In case of a change in the “Terms of Service” to registered members, this change will be notified via e-mail. Users can use the current “Terms of Service”, save them on their computers and print them.
